Your application is considered ready for submission once the required documents have been received in the requested format and the applicable service fee payment has been confirmed.

The service fee is separate from the official UAE visa fee charged by the immigration authority. Both are communicated clearly and in full before any payment is requested. All applicable service fees and known charges are communicated before payment is requested.
Required Documents
Standard documentation requirements for a Dubai visit visa application include:
- Valid passport — minimum 6 months validity from the intended date of entry into the UAE, scanned in colour with all pages clearly legible
- Recent passport-sized photograph against a plain white background
- Confirmed return flight ticket or travel itinerary
- Valid travel insurance with international coverage and medical coverage for the full intended duration of stay in the UAE
- Additional supporting documents may be required based on visa type, applicant nationality, employment status, or individual immigration circumstances

Documents submitted in incorrect formats, poor image quality, or containing inaccurate information may delay the process or result in rejection. The applicant is responsible for ensuring that all information and documents provided are accurate, complete, and genuine. Travel Saga Tourism is not responsible for rejection resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the applicant.

All processing times are estimates and may vary due to immigration authority workload, UAE public holidays, or requests for additional documentation from the applicant. Applicants are encouraged to submit their applications well in advance of the intended travel date to allow sufficient time for processing and any additional documentation requests.
Application Tracking
All applicants receive access to our real-time online visa status tracking portal from the moment of application submission. Each applicant is assigned a dedicated visa expert who will provide updates at key stages and respond to queries throughout the process.
Visa Delivery
Upon approval, the visa is emailed to the applicant in PDF format. Applicants must verify all details immediately upon receipt — including full name, date of birth, passport number, visa type, and validity dates — and notify us of any discrepancy before travelling. Travel Saga Tourism is not responsible for entry issues arising from details that were not verified before travel.
Amendments
If any detail in your application needs to be amended after submission — including travel dates, passport information, or applicant details — please contact us immediately. Amendments may not be possible once the application has been forwarded to the immigration authority. In such cases, a new application may be required, and additional government or service fees may apply.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the application and the costs already incurred at the time of cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing — by email or WhatsApp — and acknowledged in writing by our team to be valid. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.
Rejection Policy
Visa rejection is a decision made exclusively by UAE immigration authorities and is entirely outside our control. Visa rejection is determined solely by the relevant UAE immigration authority. Meeting the stated eligibility criteria or submitting complete documentation does not guarantee visa approval. In the event of a rejection, the service fee and the official visa fee paid to the authority are non-refundable. We will provide guidance on the reason for rejection, where available from the authority, and assist with re-application if the applicant wishes to proceed.
Urgent Visa Service
The urgent visa service provides expedited processing for last-minute travel requirements. It is available upon request and subject to individual eligibility criteria. A higher service fee applies. While Travel Saga Tourism prioritises urgent applications and prioritises the application for submission and processing where possible on the applicant’s behalf, a faster outcome cannot be guaranteed — all processing and approval timelines remain subject to the immigration authority. Airport-to-Airport Visa Change
Airport-to-Airport Visa Change may be available to eligible travellers who need to change their UAE visa status or obtain a new visa after departing the UAE. Eligibility, destination, and current immigration requirements should be confirmed before booking. It involves departing Dubai to a nearby destination and re-entering with a fresh visa. This service carries a separate service fee in addition to the applicable visa fees. Please contact our team for eligibility requirements and current processing details before booking.
Applicant Responsibilities
By submitting an application through TheDubaiVisitVisa.com, the applicant confirms that:
- All information and documents provided are accurate, genuine, and complete
- The passport presented is valid and will remain valid for the full intended duration of stay in the UAE
- Travel insurance with the required coverage is in place or will be obtained before travel
- The applicant has read, understood, and agrees to the terms set out in this policy
Providing false or misleading information in a visa application is a serious offence and may result in visa rejection, travel bans, or legal consequences under UAE law.

We are not liable for visa rejection, processing delays caused by the immigration authority, losses arising from cancelled or amended travel plans, or consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the applicant.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
